Application Form for admission to 1st yr. B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. (Mohanpur & Bardhaman campuses) and B.Sc. (Hort.) Hons. courses (Mohanpur campus) for the session 2015-2016 will be available from the Admission & Scholarship Section, Registrars Deptt. BCKV at Mohanpur, Nadia on all working days between 11:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. except Saturday, Sundays & Holidays.

Application forms shall be available from 15 days before to 15 days after the date of publication of results of Higher Secondary Examination of West Bengal Council of H.S. Education - 2015.

Eligibility : B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. / B.Sc. (Hort) Hons. Courses

• For candidates passed out from W.B.C.H.S.E. & WBSCVE & T

  General Stream : (10+2) System		Vocational Stream : (10+2) System
  (1) General / OBC / Sports	(2) SC / ST / PH	(3) General / OBC / Sports	(4) SC / ST / PH
  Must have passed Higher Secondary examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the aforesaid four subjects	Must have passed Higher Secondary examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, securing at least 40% marks in aggregate in the aforesaid four subjects	Must have passed Higher Secondary examination securing at least 50% with Communicative English with compulsory AG (3) Core subjects with 2 (two) vocational papers – Paper-I (any one of PPFV, PLPT, HNMG, CAVC) & Paper-II (any one of CFAV, MRCL, MAAP, FRCL) related to Agriculture & Horticulture.	Must have passed Higher Secondary examination securing at least 40% with Communicative English with compulsory AG (3) Core subjects with 2 (two) vocational papers – Paper-I (any one of PPFV, PLPT, HNMG, CAVC) & Paper-II (any one of CFAV, MRCL, MAAP, FRCL) related to Agriculture & Horticulture.

• For candidates passed out from Boards/Councils other than W.B.C.H.S.E.
  Must have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (10+2) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, securing at least 50% marks (General / OBC / Sports) & 40% marks (SC / ST / PH) in aggregate in the aforesaid four subjects. Admission to 1st year B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.) Hons. course under the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering shall be made through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination - 2015 and All India Entrance Examination conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) – 2015-16.

Final Notification shall be available soon in the leading Newspapers of Kolkata edition in brief and detailed in University website at www.bckv.edu.in.
